LifeTimeDeal is a deal curation and discovery platform that aggregates and lists lifetime software deals from various sources including, but not limited to, AppSumo, DealMirror, and Dealify, as well as deals listed directly by software vendors. We also operate a direct sales channel for select deals.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

LifeTimeDeal participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click on certain links on the Site and subsequently make a purchase, we may receive a commission. This commission comes at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or deal recommendations. We clearly identify affiliate relationships where required by law.

4. Purchases and Payments

For deals purchased directly through LifeTimeDeal:

  • •Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • •Lifetime deals grant perpetual access to the software version available at purchase, including future updates as specified in the individual deal terms.

  • •We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or ongoing development of third-party software.

5. Refund Policy

For deals purchased directly through LifeTimeDeal, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated on the individual deal page. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

For deals fulfilled through third-party platforms (AppSumo, DealMirror, etc.), refund policies are governed by those platforms. We are not responsible for processing refunds on their behalf.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant LifeTimeDeal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, including content that is false, misleading, abusive, or violates these Terms.
